Furret Onyx (note- not her birth name. she has no idea what that was however...nor would she particularly care if she found out)

Liepard, was called Purrowler. She does not remember this either.

Mad Scientist imeanalchemist. Also she's kind of homeless. She gambles/begs/forages/steals for what she lives off of.


Kingdom-
GLORIOUS VENNEPHI HOME OF ALCHEMISTS. Mainly. She'll stay wherever she hasn't been run off yet, and has no permanent home as of current. When she settles down it'll be in Vennephi though.

Merge-
The human half seems dominant with some of the Liepard's personality being assimilated.

Traits from Merge-
Ears, tails, pointed fingernails, and slightly pointed canins. Occasionally when she's stressed she'll get pink 'eyeshadow' marks. She can see very well in the dark.

Personality-
At first glance Furret seems completely amoral. She's greedy, steals, cheats, and lies freely. She's overly aggressive and gets in fights she can't win fairly on a regular basis. Thanks to her past she feels little loyalty towards others, and her trust is quite hard to earn. Once someone manages to earn her trust despite her glaring personality flaws she proves to be an extremely loyal friend who will fight to the death to defend them. Probably because they are so few. Of course what Furret does to defend you may not be something you WANT done.

History-
When she was very young the house of Furret's family was destroyed. She was only spared because the family's pet Liepard that was especially fond of her had dragged her out of her crib. Seeing as neither of them were in very good shape from smoke inhalation they had no choice but to merge.

Furret was found wandering around in a daze trying to catch rattata from her Liepard instincts. She was adopted by an Eelektross merged alchemist named Eduardo. He gave her her name for he had a bit of an odd sense of humor. Ed had hoped since she was merged with a dark type the child would show some nethermage potential and be useful to him. This was not so. For nothing better to do with the child he raised her as an assistant. From him she learned many excellent alchemist skills including how to brew the most interesting poisons. Overall it wasn't too bad a childhood. Not the warmest, but she was cared for.

Then it all went wrong. Ed had reached the pinnacle of alchemy when Furret was 13. He was building a Golett. Something was missing however. Frustrated he read the texts over and over until he found the answer. To live a Golett needed a live sacrifice. Finally that infernal child would be useful. Furret had been out late picking berries for her own 'experiments' which at this point were mostly trying to make interesting dyes. When she walked in the door she realized something was wrong. At dinner he'd slipped poison into her food, but knowing his mastery of poisons refused to eat, claiming she'd filled up on berries in the woods.

This enraged him and he went after her with a knife. Being quick and nimble she managed to dodge and send him falling onto her own knife, mostly by sheer luck. Terrified of what had been her home she ran off to continue her alchemical studies.

She quickly found her socialization by a madman did not serve her particularly well. She was driven out of many villages who had no interest in a creepy grubby child. When she was near death she was found and taken in by a blind retired bard who's children and wife had all died. For a few years she was happy, caring and reading for the old man. She tried everything she could to try and heal his eyes, and then when he sickened him. He told her not to worry, that he had lived a full life. But, she could not accept that. Suppressing the tears she didn't even show up for his funeral. Instead she vowed to find a way to return the dead to life and set off on a long journey that still continues in the present day. A homeless traveler she won't stay anywhere too long so her exhuming of dead bodies for her experiments would go unnoticed. To survive she grifts, steals, and gambles often hanging out in the worst parts of town.

Notes-
*Has a pet Machop named Minion who does some heavy lifting
*She gets in a lot of fights but usually only wins by cheating
*she tans her own leather
*she claims to have leprosy under her bandages to keep people who would give her a hard time away. She rubs a concoction of herbs she knows she's allergic to on them so she'll have convincing sores.
*she is near-sighted as hell and will be in trouble if her glasses break and she can't get new ones.
*She can make many poisons, a few healing concoctions, and many dyes.
*She's slightly better off than she appears, working off the assumption if she looks like she has nothing valuable she's more likely to be ignored.
*Thanks to her Liepard half she has a fondness for rat stew.
