So this [link] photoset with a bunch of men in kilts was going around Tumblr, and a few people were talking about how they should draw their chars in them. SO I MADE IT A MEME : D

Feel free to draw modern kilts or older style belted plaids or whatever. If you have a lady...draw them genderbent or just as themselves! Have fun! as long as it can conceivably be called a kilt it doesn't really matter too much
